I am very excited about the opportunity to serve the citizens of Polk County as Property Appraiser. My first priority is to provide our county with accurate and equitable assessments. Additionally, I am committed to promoting public awareness of the assessment process. I feel this can be accomplished through educational outreach, data distribution, and on-line resources. We will continue the development and maintenance of information technology, which will make assessment information easy to obtain, while increasing the efficiency of the office.
